Dr. Daniel Demesh

Dr. Daniel Demesh is a fellowship-trained Facial Plastic Surgeon and Otolaryngologist Head and Neck Surgeon practicing in Fairfield County, CT. He is double-board eligible with the American Board of Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery and the American Board of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery. He is also a longstanding member of the American Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery and the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery.

As a specialist in cosmetic facial plastic surgery, Dr. Demesh performs a range of procedures including rhinoplasty, blepharoplasty, facelifts, neck lifts, and endoscopic sinus surgery. He is also highly-skilled in nonsurgical facial rejuvenation treatments, including BOTOX, facial sculpting with dermal injectable fillers, and laser treatments.

Dr. Demesh is recognized for his true passion, helping every patient look and feel their best. Dr. Demesh grew up in New York City, where he underwent all of his undergraduate and graduate medical training. He completed his Bachelor of Science in Bioinformatics on a full 4-year scholarship at the Macaulay Honors College in the Upper East Side of Manhattan, New York, where he graduated summa cum laude. He then earned his Medical Doctorate at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York City. After medical school, Dr. Demesh went on to complete his surgical residency at one of the top residency training programs in the country, specializing in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at the Montefiore Medical Center and Northwell Health System in New York. During his fifth year of training, he was chief resident. Dr. Demesh then traveled to Chicago to complete a highly competitive and prestigious AAFPRS sponsored fellowship program in cosmetic facial plastic surgery under the guidance of renowned cosmetic plastic surgeon Dr. Steven Dayan.

Dr. Demesh trained amongst world-class surgeons and expert clinicians and has published in numerous medical journals, including the prestigious JAMA Facial Plastic Surgery. He has made presentations on cutting-edge research at national meetings and academic talks at Grand Rounds.

During his time off, Dr. Demesh loves to stay active, and his favorite activities include bicycling and rock climbing. He recently moved to Connecticut, so these outlets are the perfect way for him to explore all of the richness and natural beauty that his new home has to offer.

Dr. Christopher Loughlin

A specialist in the treatment of ear, nose, throat and head and neck disorders, Dr. Chris Loughlin brings an easygoing manner and personable demeanor to the practice of medicine.

Taking the time to explain his diagnosis and the options available to his patients, Dr. Loughlin is right at home at CT Sinus Center, a full-service facility that offers truly coordinated care between specialists. This continuity of care allows Dr. Loughlin to work in concert with other professionals at CT Sinus Center, providing patients with a one-stop shop and, in many cases, same-day treatment.

Raised in the New Britain, CT area, Dr. Loughlin attended Central Connecticut State University, graduating in 1988 with honors in two majors: biology and economics. He then attended the University of Connecticut Medical School, graduating in 1992.

Dr. Loughlin completed an internship in general surgery at Wake Forest University Medical Center, followed by an otolaryngology residency at Wake Forest, which he finished in 1997.

He was certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology in April, 1998. He spent the majority of his post residency years practicing otolaryngology in Winchester, VA, before moving back to his native Connecticut in 2008. His practice interests include nasal/sinus disorders and allergies, head and neck tumors, thyroid masses, and sleep apnea/snoring surgery.

Dr. Loughlin is married and has three children. He enjoys basketball, rowing, and kayaking.

Along with the other physicians at CT Sinus Center, he specializes in the Balloon Sinus Dilation procedure and has provided Balloon Sinus Dilation Center of Excellence guidance and demonstrations to interested physicians from other medical practices at our Shelton, CT office.
