It is with mixed emotions that I have decided to close my Westwood Ear, Nose & Throat practice in Waterbury, CT, effective July 31, 2025. It has been a great pleasure providing for your health care needs over the years, and it is not easy for me to give it up.
I encourage seeking a new ear, nose & throat (ENT) practice and providers as soon as possible. There are multiple ENT practices in the greater Waterbury area to choose from for your continued quality medical care. I will do what I can to facilitate your transition.
After closing, your health records from this Practice will be transferred to Morgan Records Management, LLC (MRM). MRM will continue to maintain your records in accordance with applicable confidentiality and security standards and with other applicable laws.
If you wish to have a copy of your medical records, you may submit a written request using the Medical Records Release Form prior to the effective date. After the effective date, you may submit a request to MRM via:
